Custom Chef Knife: Session 1

NEW! CUSTOM CHEF KNIFE Ages 18 & over Make a custom chef knife you'll be proud to use. Use stock removal (metal bar) and shape by grinding the blade to your desired length and shape. The forge will be used to heat treat the blade once the shaping is finished. Creatively design and make a wooden handle. It is recommended students have some experience in metal working prior to taking this class. There is a maximum of 5 students, so register early! All supplies included. Tuesdays, 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. (4 weeks)
