Have you ever been to a Quarter Auction before? They are loads of fun - and you can walk away with bargains beyond your wildest dreams! This spring, ArtsConnect and the Wyoming Recreation Foundation are teaming up to host a Quarter Auction in support of community programming. ArtsConnect is fundraising for new woodshop and pottery studio equipment, while the Wyoming Recreation Foundation is fundraising for an outdoor concert stage. Round up your friends for a fun evening of laughter, auctioning, food and shopping!

What can I expect at the Quarter Auction?

  • Purchase a bid paddle (or multiple paddles) for $10/each before April 16th (or) $12/each at the door. (Tables in advance for $80)  *THIS AUCTION SELLS OUT AT 200 PEOPLE.
  • Additional paddles can be purchased to increase your odds of winning!
  • All kinds of auction items, ranging in price from $10-$300, will be auctioned for 1, 2, 3 or 4 quarters. 
  • If you are interested in bidding on the item, toss your quarters into the bucket and hold your bid paddle(s) up proudly. 
  • The emcee will draw numbers corresponding to the paddles and one winner will be announced! 

Its just that fun and easy. You could win a $300 item, for 4 quarters!

What to Bring to The Quarter Auction:

  • Lots and lots of quarters. (We can make change there too)
  • Friends!
  • A covered dish to share with your table or simply visit the food truck parked right outside the doors!


Tables of 8 - "BEST BLINGED OUT TABLE" PRIZE

Getting a full table of 8 together? If you purchase your table in advance, you can also be a part of a fun and friendly contest for a special table prize. Name your team and decorate your table! We will have a judge select the "BEST BLINGED OUT TABLE" for a one-of-a-kind prize that is just for the winner. 

Timeline

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM  CHECK-IN (select your bid paddle, get your drinks at the bar, set up your table or seat at the table, shop the vendor booths, mingle with friends, visit the food truck, check out all of the auction items in advance.)

7:30 PM - 10:00 PM AUCTION AND FUN (Bid your quarters, win cool stuff!)

SPLIT THE POT AND MEGA GIFT BASKET RAFFLE DRAWINGS AT 8:30PM and at 10PM ($20 for arm-length of tickets)


Become a Featured Vendor at the Quarter Auction

We are currently accepting vendors to be a part of the Quarter Auction fundraiser. Vendors are typically independent consultants selling valuable products from their home business. A list of vendors who have confirmed their space at the auction will be listed below. No duplicate vendors will be permitted. Maximum number of vendors: 16

Vendors receive a FREE booth space with the donation of $80 in product. We may combine products into gift baskets or auction a single item at once. Vendors are also able to enter 1 product, of any price point, into the auction. Full proceeds of that auction come back to the vendor. (Donated items benefit the fundraising organizations)
