Class and Event Cancellation Notice - COVID-19
The health and safety of our community is always our top priority. For this reason, beginning Friday March 13, 2020 all ArtsConnect classes, senior drop-in programs and Springfield Township community events will be cancelled through the end of April. We have maintained contact with the state of Ohio Emergency Management Agency, Ohio Department of Health, Hamilton County Public Health and the Springfield Township Medical Director with regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following the advice of top health officials and feel this is the best decision with the information we have available to date.
The following plans are in place for ArtsConnect:
Session 2 ArtsConnect Classes Transfer to Session 3:
Anyone currently registered in session 2 programming will be transferred to session 3. Session 3 classes begin April 27 and end June 6. All students will be notified by phone call and offered a full refund or credit if transferring to session 3 is not optimal.
The free Theater Audition Workshop, scheduled for March 28th at Mt Healthy High School will be cancelled or rescheduled for a later date.
One-on-one auditions for the student theater production of Disney's Moana Jr. on April 5th and 7th will be rescheduled for a later date.
