Learn the Tiffany copper foil technique of stained glass with step-by-step instruction and all the tools you need! You will have a variety of glasses to choose from for specific class projects. Most supplies are provided. Participants may want to purchase their own supplies as they progress with their skills and techniques.
All classes take place on Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the art room at the Springfield Township Community Art Center, the second building back on the campus at 9150 Winton Road.
Minimum 3 students ages 14 and older.

Our Instructor: Heather Hitchman
Heather Hitchman is the Nature Shop Manager at Cincinnati Nature Center. Heather holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History and Art Education from Mt. St. Joseph, a Master of Arts in Art Education from Miami University and a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Tennessee. She is currently enrolled in a doctorate program that focuses on Community Based Arts Education.
Class Cancellations & Weather Closings
A minimum of six students must be enrolled for the session prior to the stated deadline for the class to take place (maximum 12 students). The Springfield Township Senior and Community Arts Center follows Finneytown School District inclement weather closings. To verify closings, call 513-522-2108.
Due to costs incurred in planning for art classes, full refunds will only be issued when the Arts Council cancels the class. Class cancellations made within 10 business days of the class start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $5 administration fee per student. Refunds will be made by check, not to a credit card. To notify us of a cancellation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
