Summer Camp - Ages 7 - 13

With a renewed Stay at Home order in place and a direct order for childcare services to remain suspended through May 29, 2020, we’ve made the decision to cancel ArtsConnect Summer Camp for this year. This decision was made early to allow parents time to make alternative childcare plans.

All of the families registered for the ArtsConnect camp will be offered a full refund or options to transfer into any of our exciting upcoming art classes. We miss all of our students and look forward to opening our completely renovated arts center on July 6.

Families can look forward to new classes and the addition of a pottery studio in July. We will be observing all safety practices required by the state at that time. This will likely include reduced class sizes to ensure social-distancing; something we weren’t able to ensure with camp class sizes. We encourage you to register early, knowing that if anything changes – YOUR best interest is always our priority.

While our summer camps may be cancelled this year, trust that the ArtsConnect team will remain focused on providing creative and educational programming for the community in a safe environment and when the time is right. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Each week is a different theme.  Camps run Monday - Friday from 9 am - 4 pm. Cost per week is only $169.   Register NOW for a week or an entire summer of art!

ArtsConnect Kids Camp Overall Goals
The ArtsConnect Kids Camp is not a traditional summer art camp program. We give children the necessary resources and instruction to flourish as young artists. We also strive to educate them on how they can use their artistic knowledge and artistic skills to make positive contributions to their communities. Our camp curriculum has been created with that intent. We have employed counselors who can successfully create, implement, and reflect upon art lessons and also serve as positive role models.

Our camp is accredited through the American Camp Association and runs with support from ArtsWave!
