Summer Camps
Your kids will have a summer packed with imaginative, creative and fulfilling art projects in the ArtsConnect Kids Camp. Unlike any other art camp, this program empowers kids to make a difference through their art. We employ certified art educators, ensuring your kids are exposed to a wide range of artistic skills and media. Campers will learn about cultural differences and stewardship of their environment while creating projects from puppetry to public murals and so much more. Experience a week or an entire summer of art!
ArtsConnect Kids Camp Overall Goals
The ArtsConnect Kids Camp is not a traditional summer art camp program. We give children the necessary resources and instruction to flourish as young artists. We also strive to educate them on how they can use their artistic knowledge and artistic skills to make positive contributions to their communities. Our camp curriculum has been created with that intent. We have employed counselors who can successfully create, implement, and reflect upon art lessons and also serve as positive role models.
Our camp is accredited through the American Camp Association and runs with support from ArtsWave!

ARTSCONNECT SUMMER CAMP 2021 - Schedule and Themes:
Limited occupancy!
COVID NOTICE: ArtsConnect will be following the direction and advice of the Springfield Township Medical Director. Our biggest change is that camp size has been reduced to a maximum of 15 children per week. Masks will be worn by staff and by children. We will be taking temperatures of all campers at the beginning of camp each morning and campers will have times set aside to wash their hands. We will limit the number of shared supplies and cleaning will be done regularly. Snacks will not be provided in camp, yet children will be asked to bring those from home. We have increased the amount of outdoor play time and indoor activities will be spaced so children can keep social distancing protocols.
